ASSURANCE, ACCOUNTING AND BOOKKEEPING

The largest segment of our practice is the preparation and review of financial statements for corporations and other entities. We provide the following services:

Audit
We provide audit services for privately held companies on an annual or quarterly basis. This provides their users, generally lending institutions or government agencies the highest level of assurance that their financial information is not materially misstated.

Review
In situations where the users require a moderate level of assurance we also offer review services to fulfill this need.

Notice to Reader
In situations where no assurance is required we can prepare notice to reader financial statements from information provided by the company. We can also prepare quarterly notice to reader financial statements for Canadian public companies to be filed with the TSX Venture and acts as a liaison with auditors to alleviate the stress of the audit from the companies.

Bookkeeping
We offer bookkeeping services on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. This provides timely financial information to management and ownership.
